How to Create Your OrderViaChat Store (Step-by-Step Tutorial)
Welcome to OrderViaChat! This guide will walk you through creating your store from scratch. No technical skills needed — if you can send a text message, you can do this.

A live digital store with your products, WhatsApp ordering enabled, and a shareable link ready to send to customers.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Go to orderviachat.com/register and fill in:
- Store Name: Your business name (e.g., "Mama's Kitchen", "Fresh Bakes Co.")
- WhatsApp Number: The number where you want to receive orders
- Password: Something secure you'll remember
That's it! Click "Create Store" and you're in.
Step 2: Build Your Menu
You have two options:
Option A: AI Magic Generator
Describe your business in one sentence:
"I run a home bakery selling cakes, cookies, and brownies"
The AI creates your entire menu with names, descriptions, and prices in 10 seconds.
Option B: Add Manually
Add your products one by one with:
